3. Owner on site for entire project:
The owner of PoolscapeTM, Barry Justus has been building pools and landscapes for over 25 years.
He is on site playing an active role in the entire job. From designing the project to the final clean up, Barry is on site to ensure
total quality.
4. No sub contractors:
PoolscapeTM does 95% of the project with its own crew. This is important as we have full control and
responsibility for the entire project. If something goes wrong we fix it immediately.
5. Fully equipped construction crew:
We have all of our own equipment. From excavation to mortar mixers, it's all ours. We show up on
site with an excavator, bobcat, street sweeper, construction tool boxes, equipment trailer, first aid station, toilet, fridge, barbeque,
and even a coffee maker. This equipment stays on site for the duration of the project. There is no need for our crew to enter your
home.
6. Fully insured:
We have 2 million dollars liability insurance. Our employees are covered by Workers Compensation.
7. We protect your property... and your neighbours:
We send a letter around your neighbourhood before we start construction. We can
make a roadway 200 feet long from steel plates that protect your property and house footings from damage. Your house is blanketed to
protect it from the construction process. We will install a temporary fence to protect your neighbour's property. Trees are protected
with temporary fences as well. We are very proactive and professional
8. Site restoration and clean up:
We position garbage cans throughout the site. We have a street sweeper for our bobcat; your street
is swept daily. We provide a toll free number for your neighbours, with a direct line to the on site owner, to resolve any problems
immediately. At PoolscapeTM no job is considered finished until the customer is fully satisfied.
9. Solid construction:
PoolscapeTM uses lots of rebar, lots of concrete... its a simple secret to success. Excellent designs, owner on
site and careful attention to detail, ensures years of trouble free enjoyment of your PoolscapeTM. We also pour our own structural
concrete as well as building 95% of the project in house. Our minimal use of sub contractors keeps us on schedule, consistent in
quality and the ability to be flexible to design changes.
10. Professional image:
Our crew is fully uniformed and committed to excellence. Our trucks, trailers, and equipment are safe modern
and clean. We are constantly told by clients and neighbours how impressed they are by our work ethic and commitment. We work 6 days
a week, typically on site from 7:00am until 6:00pm.
