1) What is the process? (How do we start the design process?):

with a site visit, detailed design and pricing. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
2) Do you charge for designs?:
Yes. We charge a modest fee for an original design, no cookie cutters. The design process consists of client
meetings thorough site anylysis preliminary desings, cost estimates, design revisions, and the final plan.
3) Do we have to use a PoolscapeTM design?:
No. It has been our experience that most designers have very little working knowledge of pool
and water shape design, simply inputting a cookie cutter shape in the back yard. We are open to discussion.
4) Do you build pools and landscapes?:
We build luxury pools AND landscapes. See scope of work.
5) Do we have to build a pool to hire PoolscapeTM?:
No. We frequently do large water features, and custom landscapes.
6) Will you landscape our entire property?:
PoolscapeTM landscapes the back yard in all of our projects, and does the entire property
when requested.
7) Will you renovate our old pool?:
Yes. We can completely transform your tired yard into a stunning PoolscapeTM.

10) How long have you been in business?:
The owner Barry Justus has been building pools since 1978, starting his own business in 1991.
His father started building pools in 1952, his brother (still active in the business) started in 1968.
11) Can we see your work?:
We have a DVD of over 30 projects. Our website has many photos and videos that show our work. We will take
you on a tour of past projects and encourage you to do a site visit of our current construction project.

Yes, PoolscapeTM was featured on the HGTV show Pools, Patios and Decks for 8 years.
13) How do we pay for the project?:
We take a deposit (normally 20%) and then progression payments. As we do more work, we receive
more payments.... simple. All extra work is through signed, work orders, no surprises for either party to the contract.
14) Did PoolscapeTM build everything shown in the website?:
Virtually everything in this website was designed AND built by Barry Justus and the PoolscapeTM crew.
